FIRST YOU WOULD HAVE TO REMOVE THE HEAD UNIT, INWHICH YOU WOULD HAVE TO POP OUT THE TOP AIR VENT,ASH TRAY SURROUND AND ASH TRAY.AFTER REMOVING THOSE 3 PC. YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO LOCATE 4 BOLTS HOLDING IN THE HEAD UNIT,REMOVE THE BOLTS AND THE UNIT ALONG WITH THE CONTROL PANEL CAN BE PULLED OUT TOGETHER BUT BE CAREFUL OF YOUR WIRING,BRING THEM OUT FAR ENOUGH TO DISCONNET THE UNIT AND PANEL ON THE BACKSIDE.ONCE YOU HAVE DONE THAT YOU WILL SEE HOW TO SEPARATE THE PANEL FROM THE UNIT.ALL THAT'S LEFT TO DO IS REPLACE THE PANEL AND REINSTALL.
It pops right out if you give it a tug. By the way... if anyone has been able to find replacement control knobs I would love to know. I haven't been able to find them anywhere.
You really can't control anyone. You can provide direction and instruction and replace her if she fails to follow your instructions.
Check the coolant level Could be a bad thermostat Could be a bad temperature sensor (climate control system)
No.

Yes.
Possible answerYou might try disconnecting the battery completely. Leave it for about 20 minutes then reconnect it. This should reset the climate control. We did it with ours after a mechanic suggested it. Hope this helps. I have a 93 Concorde with the same prob. I am currently looking to purchase a new(used on eBay?) climate control module, which should correct the prob.
