I believe Spanish would be a very good choice for anyone wanting to learn a foreign language. Geographically speaking, Spanish is (depending on the stats you use) either the first or second most populat language in the world, and you chances of actually using it are quite high.
A college or language professor can probably refer you to someone who specializes in language study programs. You can also put up ads for anyone who can help you out. Ask your friends and family if they know any language study program information.
I suggest you UOWD University in Dubai. My friends are doing their MBA from this University and they are really satisfied with the staffs and the environment of the college.
Stevens Henager College and University of Phoenix offer great online communications courses. Both institutions are accredited and have a good reputation.
It depends on the person. Anyone who tells you that one language is harder or easier than another is only going by personal opinion.
