Can anyone tell me how to bypass a ban set on the router i got a BT Home Hub 2.0 and my dad has put a ban on it so i can only use internet between 11am and 8pm?

You need to know his password. Not being allowed online after 11pm is perfectly reasonable, you need to get enough sleep.
