All of (most of) the Native American societies 'worshiped the sun' in some way.
Each had their own views, and representations of the Sun. Each also represented the Sun in a different way. I'm sorry to say that I see no way that this site could answer that question as we can't see it, the 'question' of what it looks like exactly would be large and voluminous.
My suggestion would be to take the pendent to, or directly contact, an expert on such things so maybe you could send them a photo and identify its source.
