It honestly depends why you want to have insurance on the vacant lot. Is it because you want to start a business on the land or make a garden or have parties or even make the place a party home for when anyone is having a party and they want it to be outdoors you could rent the person vacant lot. Then yes I would because if someone was to vandalize or destroy your property would have no way to recover the place,or find the person and make the person pay back.
