No Never give Advil to a dog or cat. It is dangerous. You need to check with your Veterinarian as to why you wish to give Advil to your pet that is already taking pheno. Buffered aspirin is the only safe thing to give to your pet but again you need to check with your Vet before giving any aspirin.

Aspirin does not have an effect on radish seeds. If it has, surely it doesn't help them grow but stop them from growing. This is based on an experiment I conducted. The seeds which were given aspirin didn't germinate at all, while the ones which were not given aspirin germinated (all of them).
There is no major interations between Aspirin and Hydrochlorothiazide (HCTZ). It can be taken together.
