Try running an online scan at Panda and Trend Micro. Run the Panda scan first. It will more than likely find and remove it. Is AVG fully updated? If not update it and run again. Be sure to turn off system restore before running any scan.

(AVG said that it had 'healed' the virus ... oh yeah ?)I went into Virus Vault and manually deleted it by just using the 'Delete' button.Problem solved ... I think.
