Your baby is sick and probably dehydrated. Give water.
Aspirin and Tylenol are unrelated. You can take the full recommended dose of Tylenol (acetominophen) if you are taking a baby aspirin.
Call your OB immediately. They should determine the cause as it could be nothing bad or something really serious, which will require blood and urine tests. Taking Tylenol will reduce the fever and might make it seem like less of a problem, but the problem is still there. Do not self medicate. Get it checked out.
Too much tylenol pm can effect the babies immune system
if you read the side of the bottle it will have the weight of the baby and how much tylenol to give him or her
its makes your baby stink
No acetaminophen is marketed as Tylenol or Paracetamol.
what did the baby buzzard say when it saw an orange in the nest
Dark urine can indicate a number of things, from anything like dehydration to hepatitis to bladder infection to worse. I would start by giving the baby plenty of water to drink and see if that helps turn the urine clear. And I would call my pediatrician and make an appointment to be safe.
A baby should NOT be doing this it is VERY bad for your baby to be in an environment where Dog urine is present.
