Baby oil is simply scented mineral oil. Mineral oil is often used as a laxative and will most likely cause diarrhea.
The scents or perfumes added to baby oil are most likely non-toxic as baby oil is meant to be liberally applied to the skin- and our skin absorbs at least 50% of what is placed on it.
Unless you or the child swallowed a whole lot of it, it should be non-toxic.
