Can bed bug bites give you diarrhea?

No diarrhea is not something that will be caused by you being bitten by a bedbug. If you do get diarrhea that will either be a result from inflammation of your bowel, or a chemical irritation in your food or infection by microorganism such as dysentery which is an inflammatory disorder of your lower intestinal tract, usually caused by a bacterial, parasitic, or protozoan infection with pain and fever, but none of which are ever likely to be a consequence of you getting bitten by bedbugs.

Most people do not suffer any other medical problem or disorder from being a victim of a bedbug infestation in their bed except some of us suffer from intense itching, which if you scratch to try to get relief can lead to skin infection and permanent scars or changes in your skin colour. More rarely a few people can suffer from anaemia due loss of oxygen carrying haemoglobin in bloodstream if they have a very severe bedbug infestation in their bed. That in extreme cases can cause fatigue, shortness of breath, dizziness, cold hands/feet and/or headaches. Having bedbugs in your bed can also cause insomnia in some people but many of us get no reaction.
