Can being sick can affect the Birth Control pills I'm using Trust Contraceptive pills?

I've been on Trust Contraceptive pill for 5 months now... and im sick today... i took Biogesic.... can biogesic affect the effectiveness of my BCP? and my sickness may affect it too?? im feeling hot and my body feels heavy.. also my bone joints aches... i think i have a flu... do this factors affect my BCP?

I would not trust that particular birth control if it did not regulate your menstrual cycle. I had a similar problem after using a particular brand for a while and me and my doctor agreed to change to another pill with more hormone in it.
