I believe so. It will not turn your hair blonde of course but the color might turn out blonder. I am not sure though. But it probably will(:
Yeh^^ it does, it goes about 5 shades lighter than your natural hair colour.. so dark brown >> light-er brown >> light brown >> blondy brown >> blonde >> whitish >> grey+ damaged.
