It depends on the color of your original hair. However, if you did dark brown and then light brown, the light brown would then look like a honey color.

No it will not lighten. You will need to prelighten (bleach) your hair if you want it to be lighter.

It's very easy to control the hair and not bring it to a white color, unless this is what the client desires.
