Aside from possibly interfering in the proper pronounciation of lyrics, having bad teeth shouldn't affect singing ability. The ability to sing comes from the vocal cords, which aren't anywhere near the teeth.

My friend has had buck teeth all her life, and has tried everything there is, except braces. Now that she's 11, she is getting braces. So yes, i think you have to be 11 to get braces if you have buck teeth.
