I used to take diet pills off and on for a while and they can cause an upset stomach, it all depends on the person. They can be very dangerous also, I stopped taking them because they caused me to lose a lot of hair. Just a warning.

If you mean helping the stomach, I'm assuming you mean colon cleaning. A lot of the things we eat can tend to get lodged in the lower intestines and get "stuck" there. Certain food that contain fiber can help to "flush" your system, but there are certain pills that also do a pretty good job of this for you.
