Yes. There are any number of pain killers your vet can prescribe for your cat. Please do not self medicate your cat. A cat's system is very different than a human's and much smaller. What you may think of as a little bit of medicine may be fatal. Or worse, it may cause your cat to have seizures and have lasting side effects.

You should never give an animal a human pain drug - while vets provide similar drugs, the dosages and makeup of the drugs are different. Some animals cannot tolerate some human drugs also.

The most common pain drug for pets is Rimadyl. It works much like Naproxen, and is very effective for older animals. You can get it from your vet or at some online outlets.

I don't know of any over-the-counter antibiotic for cats, that's actually made for cats.

It would be dangerous to try to give a cat an antibiotic made for any other species; she might have an allergic reaction or be accidentally over- or under-dosed.

Please consult your veterinarian.

At home, nothing - cats are extremely sensitive to human pain medications (aspirin, Tylenol, Advil, Aleve, paracetamal, ibuprofen, Motrin, Pamprin, etc) and even a single pill can cause fatal stomach ulcers. If your cat has a broken paw, the best option is to take your cat to a veterinarian to have it examined. Your veterinarian can prescribe appropriate pain medication such as butorphenol, which is a schedule III controlled drug, to mediate the pain until the area heals.
