I believe ivy leaves are poisonous to most (if not all) mammals. I would not recommend feeding ivy plants to any animals.
Yes. They eat ivy leaves or blackberry leaves.
brambles (blueberries), ivy, leaves.
stick insects do not eat bugs. They eat ivy or blackberry leaves.
Most "green" ivy is usually okay, although small leaves are preferred.
Walking leaves almost always can feed on bramble and ivy leaves. Other plants too, but that's species-specific.
caterpillars eat lots and lots of leaf and they drink water but do not give them to much or else they will die
They eat bramble mostly but you can give them oak and privet. Apparently you can feed them rose and ivy leaves too but we never have with mine.
yes they do see heres a picture proving that has 3 leaves
Depending on which type your stick insect is i don't know , but usually its bramble privet or ivy also some rose leaves, but i would advise you to give them ivy or privet.

Leaves will have to be made using a graphics editor. Ivy borders can be simulated with HTML and CSS.
