Yes. Celiacs is the American spelling of the same word. I live in Australia and we spell it Coeliac.

As long as they don't eat it yes. The particles of wheat are to big to be absorbed by the skin.
Can coeliacs eat Cadbury's crunchy bars?
Yes, you can. Even though it says 'wheat glucose syrup' it is that highly processed that it is gluten-free :)
What crisps can celiacs eat?
Because of the new labelling law many of the crisps that had gluten free, (like walkers) are now not suitable for coeliacs which has put a massive limitation on the variety available. Obviously the pombears are gluten free but a little embarrassing for my teenage daughter to take to school!! there is a Yorkshire manufacturer that claims 3 flavours in the range are suitable for coeliacs.

my partner has coeliacs disease, been diagnosed for 5 years now, and he has tried ready brek on a number of occasions and every time his stomach bloats, he suffers with foul smelling wind nd gets the runs, but on another level some people with coeliacs can tolerate it, i guess it depends on the person itself, and how much your stomach lining suffers with contamination

no-but it has been under intensive testing by Coeliac uk-and they have confirmed it comes in at under the codex safe standard level-and is ok for Coeliacs to consume.
Is sauce Worcestershire gluten free?
It depends on who makes it. It is sometimes used as a thickener or a filler. Look at the ingredients list for wheat. If it's there then it's not for Coeliacs (people who can't digest gluten).

Often Yes. Hardeing of the stomach or abdomen can indicate a gluten intolerance. A blood test and/or Gastroscopy will confirm if Coeliacs (often spelt Celiac) Disease is present.
