In the normal conditions, it is not possible as iron is more reactive than copper.

However, it is possible in an an electrolytic cell where an opposite electric potential is applied opposite to the normal potential so that the reaction could take in the opposite direction.

In this case copper would be able to replace iron from iron sulphate.
