If you have done some research or studied a form of Biology in school you would realize that ferterlization happens when a sperm cell (gamete) fuses with an egg cell (another gamete) to form a zygote which then goes through cell division to get your foetus!
To do that the sperm cell must travel up to the egg from the site of ejaculation and then use it's genetic material to fuse with the female's in the egg. To do that it must be alive and kicking! Which in this case it is not.
So I would have to say: NO. But I hope you are not going to try anything funny that you or the girl would regret...
