No. Diphenhydramine HCL is the generic name for "Benadryl", a decongestant.

Actually yes it can. If you take high concentrations of it. it can produce a false positive, if you do research on the internet you will fins some say yes and some say no , but i know first hand from experince, the answer is 100% yes.
