its known tht dogs use their tail as a steering thing to help them swim ,, and most boxers get theit tails chopped of but luckily boxers can swim without them ,, i have a boxer called scamp and he can swim, we tought him how to when he was a pup and he didnt have any difficulties adjusting to the water. so YEAH BOXER CAN SWIM!

it is best to get him used to the water first, though. maybe get a blow-up pool. get in and hold the puppy in your arms and lower him into the pool. he might like it, he might not, but just get him used to it before you give him free rein
