It's never a good idea to give dogs fish fingers, or fish sticks (as more commonly called). It's not a good idea to give dogs any kind of people food, especially spicy or fatty foods, or any kind of bones. The bones can splinter in their mouth and cause punctures, or in their throat, esophogus, stomach and/or colon, which can result in serious illness or even death. Also, dogs can have food Allergies, just as people do. My own two pugs have numerous food allergies (milk, wheat, corn and eggs are some), so they have to be on a stictly controlled diet. Check with your vet to see which brand and type (dry, semi-moist, canned) dog food s/he recommends. Make sure it is a complete and balanced food, which will give them all the nutrients they need.
Yes dogs can eat cooked fish , BUT make sure the fish has been filleted correctly and that it has no bones. If you are unsure do NOT feed it to your dog as it could get a bone stuck.
Yes, your dog can eatfish heads While there isn't alot of meat there is eyes and brains that are good for their diet.
