Best Answer

Yes, in fact, if your dog is overweight, vets often recommend mixing them in their food to help them loose weight.

Fresh green beans and fresh baby carrots are great treats for dogs instead of packaged dog treats. Be sure that they are uses in moderation, though, and are not the sole source of food.

No, not at all. It can also mess up their digestive system really bad. Stick to regular dog food. Or have you ever seen a package of green beans for sale as dog food. I strongly recommend using dog food only. As you don't want to harm the dog and it may result in serious problems aswell as costs if the experiment results in you having to consult a vet. Let alone killing the dog.

Yes but some dogs are allergic to certain things so the dog may be allergic to green beans. If you do feed the dog green beans, don't ever let them eat it straight out of the can. it can cut their gums and tongue. Put it on another plate and through the can away
