depends. Is he lactose intolerant?
Dogs can't handle a lot of sugar but a little bit will not do any harm.
Chocolate is bad for dogs too so chocolate ice cream is not a good idea.
More explanation:Dogs (and cats) are lactose-intolerant, so while they may be able to eat ice cream, it will make them sick and you'll most likely have a big mess to clean up afterwards. It's much better for your dog to give it something like Frosty Paws that was specifically designed for the digestive system of a dog. You can also make homemade "ice cream" doggy treats with soy milk and dog food, a little peanut butter, or baby food (pureed fruit or meat.) Mix the milk and your additive of choice in a blender or food processor until thoroughly combined, then pour into a muffin tin lined with paper liners. Only fill each cup halfway full, especially if you have a smaller dog. You should probably use a mini muffin pan to make smaller treats for little dogs. You can also put a small treat or chew in the bottom of each cup before you pour in the mixture for an added surprise. Freeze until solid, and then peel the paper off and store the frozen treats in a ziploc freezer bag. I would dole them out sparingly to your dog; even too many digestable treats can upset the eating routine of a pet & make them sick (or cause weight gain.)It really isn't good for them, and you shouldn't. But absolutely do NOT give the dog any ice cream that contains chocolate, coffee, or nuts, especially macadamia nuts. These things can make a dog sick or even kill the dog.
Very little. Sugar is not good for them. You may give him a tiny emount
Yes they can experience vomiting and diarrhea.
yes.

It is best not to, because the pit is toxic (can kill them) to dogs, and if the cherry contains a pit the dog won't know not to eat it. Even pitted cherries sometimes have a pit or two that was missed when they were being removed.
Russians eat lot of chocolate, cherry pie and cream filled rolls!
Cherry pits contain cyanide so it's dangerous for anyone to eat them.
Yes, they are allowed to eat dairy so they can eat sour cream without health issues, though some dogs may be allergic to these things, so check with the vet first before doing anything irrational.
yes. in fact, dogs can eat vanilla ice cream too.

Rottweilers can eat ice cream as long as its not too cold and its not chocolate (chocolate is dangerous for dogs)
I don't think so.
No almonds are toxic to dogs.
No! Dogs can't eat processed people food! Who doesn't know that?
