Yes.
This is a problem... For as long as you have original CD, there is no legal problem to use the same CD in mp3 downloaded from internet. For this I use www.tunese.com
MP3 Rocket is not illegal. Nor is it illegal to use. It is however, like limewire, illegal to use to download material for which you have no copyright for (i.e. If you buy a CD, you can download the mp3 tracks from the CD - provided that they are created from the CD and not some other medium, like a compilation- or if the MP3s being downloaded are public domain then it's fine).
If you are talking about CDs you have burnt or copied on a computer, it should play them. You may need to change the format to get the right ones. Most CD players will play WMV & MP3. If it's the stock CD player that came with the car, it won't play MP3's as this is newer technology than 1991. Any music file with the CDA extension will work. These are much larger files and your CD will only hold about 15-20, whereas an MP3 CD can hold a couple hundred.
open up windows media player and insert the CD. then look to the top right hand corner of the windows click on 'rip' the choose the songs you want copied from the CD and click start. (Rip isn't what is sounds like, your cd wont be damaged
MP3 format data can be stored on a CD and played back on any MP3 compatible CD player.
Yes, they can as long as you manually place the file into the mp3. Also you have to convert the file you downloaded into mp3 format.

I have burnt a mp3 CD as a data CD and plays all the songs on my computer and on home DVD player as well but cant be played all these songs on my car stereo- kindly advise me how can I play all these mp3 songs recorded on CD as a data CD in my card stereo too?
As far as i am aware all the CD's you buy from music shops, department stores etc are not mp3, they are in wav. format that you can convert into mp3 if you are how ever wanting to put music onto discs to be played in a non mp3 player there are downloads available free online. i have just downloaded the AVS Audio converter and it works well.
