That depends on the brand. The truth is almost all beverages hydrate you (except alcohol and high sodium beverages). There is sodium in sparkling water, but it's not really enough to dehydrate you. Check the nutrition label, if there are only a few ingredients (most of them natural) and no sugar or caffeine you should be fine. If there is a long list of ingredients (most of which are long and hard to pronounce) that's a sign there's more than just water, carbonation, and a flavoring additive.
A lot of water-junkies will tell you that you have to drink 8 glasses of straight water or else it doesn't count and if you don't get that much than you're unhealthy, but my doctor told to drink water when I'm thirsty. If I'm not thirsty I don't have to force myself to drink water. Everyone's body is different and the amount of water you need varies from person to person; Some people need 6 glasses, others need 10. Listen to your body. If you're thirsty - drink water; if you're not thirsty, but you want to drink something - drink sparkling flavored water or any other low sugar, low caffeine drink you like.
If you drank an extensive amount and didn't pee then you would feel 'tipsy'. But that would be near impossible and very dangerous. And by extensive amount I mean litres and litres on an empty stomach.
No it cant only really if you drink it and you skull it it can be harmful to your body.
yes it is good for you
Sparkling natural mineral water.
no, sparkling water is carbonated, and spring water is not.
sparkling water is ordinary water but carbonated. So H2O that has had CO3 (carbon and oxygen compound) pumped into it. You can pump CO3 into drinks using a soda stream, however personally I think sparkling water without a flavour doesn't taste very nice.
Water is not carbonated, sparkling water is carbonated.
Sparkling water usually doesn't come in those flavors so I don't think so.
Sparkling water also known as carbonated water has not been found to be bad for your health. There have been concerns that it may cause bone damage but nothing was conclusively found.
