I guess as long as you do not move the cage a lot and let it sleep and have a hiding place too.
Interact with your hamster everyday for at least an hour or two. Let your hamster know you're not a predator by offering him/her food from your hand and petting them.
well, it is caused by tiny almost microscopable dwarf hamsters. The pee would be that liquid. Then he noms melons for the next hour. nom nom.And again, continuing the cycle, pees out the melon milk.and finally it blows up.
I have a chinese dwarf hamster and she is the sweetest thing in the world! Her name is Mocha and when i open her cage to put her in, she greets me and waits for me to pick her up! My guess is that they do remember you based on the sound of her voice (when i call to wake her up) and by your smell. But, do beware. wash your hands before you pick up your hamster especially if you have eaten in the past hour or so or if they are mistrustful to humans (so she or he can recognize your smell.
The Four-Hour Fugue was created in 1975.
This depends on what type of hamster it is, how old it is, if it's overweight, underweight or if its big or small. Dwarf hamsters like the Russian Dwarf hamster (I have one) tends to run fairly fast. I think this is because of it's small body and light feet! Though when it comes to bigger hamsters, like Golden hamsters (used to have one) they run at a normal speed. So not too fast, yet not too slow. Though, just because it's slower, doesn't mean it's safe to let it out because you think you can catch it. You'll be surprised at how fast hamsters run when in danger! There's such thing as safer, but never safe... even hamsters!Anyways, hope this helped!~StarC_303It depends, but a Mexican Running Hamster has been know to clock in at 2km/hr.
To mate your dwarf hamsters, you have to have one female and one male hamster. Make sure they have separate cages, and when your female hamster is "in the heat", (hamster period, this means she's ready to mate) put them together in one cage for a few minutes. Observe. If they start fighting or biting each other, separate them immediately! Try again a few days later. If they like each other, they will mate and do their job. Leave them in there until they're done, or about half an hour later. Hope this helped! P.S Female hamsters are in the heat every 4 days, and to tell if she is in the heat, just tickle her bottom and she will become stiff and in an awkward position, she will also smell very odd.
it runs 100 miles per hour
