depends on how you sneeze or cough if you sneeze and plug your nose and the same time then you might have a chance in blowing your ear drum!
It may rupture the ear drum and injure the outer,middle and inner ear.
It may be because of an ear infection or a rupture in the ear drum, but I would probably get it checked out by the doctor. It may just be a headache.
You could rupture the ear drum with the air pressure from the barrel. It's a very poor idea to try and do this.
