Yes,but you may not be allowed to do so.However-if your teacher has allowed you to eat in class then yes...it would help your concentrate-providing you eat something healthy, this will be a good energy source for concentration and it will keep your inside cells in good working condition and will function well!!.For e.g. You could eat an Apple-any kind of fruit or a nutri-grain bar or a meusli bar or even dried apricots!!
Food doesn't make you focused, but if you are hungry, it can provide nutrients that you need. Your brain is what helps you focus, and that needs good nutrition instead of junk food and sodas. Stay away from those "energy drinks" too - they're very hard on your digestive system, and it's hard to focus when you have a raging case of heartburn or diarrhea!
Healthy snacks keep your brain healthy so that it can focus properly. Try fruits or veggies, or good protein like peanut butter (or just plain nuts of any sort) or lean meat or fish. Cheese is a good source of protein, but it's very fattening so just eat a little of it at a time.
concentrate.
you can do this if you concentrate!
