no i am a children pediatric doctor. it is impossible for a 11 and up year old girl to have a six pack. by the age of 9 or ten girls will lose the ability to have a full six pack girls can only have a 2 to 4 pack. to get them they would have to do 50 yo 100 sit ups a day along with push ups. some people say that running, boating or swimming will improve your six pack but they don't. they only work on your arms and legs. it is impossible to get a full sick pack at age 11 and up
