This is really meant to say do felines have retractable claws not can, anyways to understand this question first we need to know what is a feline. A feline is a cat, it can be wild or not. next, retractable means that you take it in or out. So the question can also be asked can cats take out there claws and put them back in. The answer would be yes. Wild dogs and pet dogs cannot do this.
