No, you cannot wear contacts as a pilot because of long range missions, and the dangers of having a contact issue at 45000 ft. From what I know, if you qualify, you can get eye surgery PROVIDED BY THE AIR FORCE, not LASIK or and other CIVILIAN eye doctor. I repeat if you plan on being a pilot, do not get LASIK, because it can ground you for life, wait until you enter the academy or whatnot, and then try to sign up for eye surgery thru the air force. However, if you don't qualify the Air Force has many other great carrer paths that are just as/more interesting as pilot!
