Fish will not eat dust. However if there is sufficient dust in the environment and it settles on the surface of the water in an aquarium, it could possibly polute the water and kill the fish by clogging up their gills.

actually, it depends on the type of fish and the type of frog that laid the eggs some fish die from eating frog eggs (e.g. catfish- poison dart frog)
a gold dust will not die just from falling. i have a peacock day gecko and she fell quite a few times the day i got her, she is fine. eating and flirting with the male that awaited her at home
