∙ 11y agoIt's unrealistic to completely stop gang activity. Because for every one member that you lock up, it's about one hundred+ new recruits. And on top of that gang members don't mind going to jail, because they just recruit members in there, and some of those new recruits don't have much time left on their jail sentence, and they'll be released on the streets, and recruit more members.
