know in my case, it is not the medication, or even a side effect of the medication, but the "inert" ingredients. When I take the generic manufactured by Core Pharmaceuticals, I end up with horrible sores and bumps. I have no problems when I take the Barr or DuraMed products (they are the same company, Teva, but the Barr brand is for generic scrips, DuraMed for no substitute). I would guess it has to do with the salts and by products, but I don't really care. I just know Core brand rips my mouth and tongue up, no problems with Barr.
Some people have experienced painful bumps on their tongues after taking Adderall, but it is not a common side effect. If you take Adderall, or are going to be in the future, I would recommend taking it as prescribed by your doctor and seeing how it works for you. If you do happen to get tongue sores, then you're probably better off asking your doctor for an alternative medication. Adderall causing bumps on the tongue is a rare occurence, but it has happened.
It is soreness or tenderness in the throat beyond the tongue caused by iritation or infection.

Its not a fantastic idea to snort Adderall XR, even if you were prescribed it [which i doubt], its still much more effective to swallow it. This drug IS an amphetamine, do not play around with it.
taking 20mg of adderall will last you four to six hours if you are taking the capsules. dumping the pill strait onto your tongue makes it work faster, but not as long. hope this helped a little...
Yes there now is a generic form a suboxone. It's a white pill that almost looks like a percocet. You use it the same way, underneath your tongue.
Side effects generally vary from individual to individual. Taking Adderall and Risperdal at the same time shouldn't cause any significant problems, since they don't majorly interact with each other. However, since they're both forms of psychiatric drugs, if you plan on taking both for a prolonged period of time definitely consult a doctor.
Something could've got in it. Any type of foreign thing could've caused that. Ask a piercer about it..Call up someone.
Skin cells and taste buds are constantly being replaced so yes it is temporary, however if you made your tongue raw from the scrubbing the soreness may take a bit to go away and will affect your sense of taste. Take it easy next time and maybe try one of those tongue cleaners you can buy at the drug store.
