78F is too warm for goldfish on a regular basis as they are best kept a few degrees cooler if possible. They can live in 78F, but they will need more oxygen added to the water using either bubble wands or stones; warmer water contains less oxygen, and if you have a lot of algae growth due to the warmth, this will also deplete more oxygen.
The max is 75 degrees but keep the water at 69 because most goldfish like that temperature
It should be a cold temprature that is quite cold for you hands but the fish can also live in warm water to but dont really like it!!
None. Their temperature requirements are way different. Betas are tropical fish, preferring water between 82 and 86, while goldfish need water between 72 and 78.
I am guessing that you mean a Plecostomus. The answer is NO. Each of the species needs totally different conditions. Goldfish are cold water fish and suffer when the temperature goes over 75F. Plecostomus are tropical fish and suffer when the temperature goes below 75F. They will both survive for a while in one anothers parameters but eventually they will die from living in the wrong conditions.
No. A betta requires water between 80 and 86 degrees, while goldfish require water between 72 and 78. Also, there is not enough room for these fish in that tank. 2 goldfish should have a 20 gallon tank minimum to themselves.
it depens on what type of gold fish u have ( ordinary or fancy ) The simple answer is no. You can not keep tropical fish and coldwater fish (goldfish) successfully for long. Amongst other things, Goldfish run out of oxygen and tend to stress when kept too hot for too long. The metabolism of Tropicals slows down when the water is too cool and their organs simply shut down and the fish die.Tropical fish and goldfish prefer different temperatures; goldfish like to be at around 70F (room temp), whereas tropicals need more in the 78-84F range, and so putting them together can be problematic in that either the goldfish or the tropicals will be outside their normal temperature range, which can lead to stress and disease.
78 degree angle
Most aquarium trade fish are roughly 78 degrees F. Goldfish like is colder and a few others as well as some salt.
Bettas and goldfish cannot live together. The bettas will be aggressive towards the goldfish because of its flowing fins. Also a betta lives in tropical waters, 75-78 degrees. while a goldfish is coldwater 68-70 degrees.
Guppies can live in water anywhere between 55-105 degrees F but they really like water in between 78 and 82 degrees F
