Our eye color has pigment, similar to our skin and our hair. As we age the pigment lesses and fades out, it's all very natural.
A person with eyes other than blue generally doesn't start to get their "true" color until the eyes are exposed to sunlight for a period of time. I'm not sure if LACK of exposure would cause the lightening of pigment, or if it's simply a loss of pigment with age.
Maybe because people get have cataracts by the time we're in our 30s that dull the color of our eyes. Most people never have to do anything about them, others have to have them removed by the time they are in their 50s or 60s because the cataract becomes so thick they lose vision.
The blanket answer is no. The color of the eye is determined by the appearance of the iris. There are conditions that can change iris color, but they are uncommon. One condition called arcus senilis is not very uncommon and involves deposits of pale material within the outer layer of the eye called the cornea, changing the apparent color of the iris because the cornea lies over top of it. In fact, though, the iris color does not change.
sometimes in rare occasions they will but almost always they have green eyes and if I'm not mistaken they fade into green as they come of age

"Wolves are usually born with deep blue eyes which lighten and then gradually fade into the adult eye color over the next six to ten weeks. A mature Wolf's eyes are often amber/brown or gold, but also commonly come in hues of brown, gray, yellow, and green. It is interesting to note that puppies are born with blue eyes, while mature Wolves do not retain blue as an eye color. Huskies often have blue eyes, and because of this people think there must be blue eyed Wolves as well, but this isn't true. If you see a Wolf with blue eyes then he or she is likely a Wolf-hybrid and not a full-blooded Wolf."
