From what I gather in reading about soursobs is that it is relatively high in sugar, which could lead to Diabetes in guinea pigs. Also, since soursobs has been linked to parkinson's disease in humans a small ammount could potentially bring on similar symptoms in guinea pigs. So, while you could feed your guinea pig a taste I personally wouldn't due to the potential risks involved with it.
