No there is not special water for guinea pigs. Although there are vitamin drops you can put in the water. I currently have a guinea pig and I give her tap water with nothing added.
some guinea pigs love the water, others don't. Its all down to the preference of the individual
yes, it's called bumble foot. DO NOT TRY AND RIP IT OFF OR YOU WILL RIP ALL THE SKIN OFF THE GUINEA PIGS FOOT AND IT WILL BLEED! Go to your vet quickly so it doesnt spread.
yes
Yes the minimum for two guinea pigs is 7.5 feet so that's a good cage.
A guinea pig's foot is commonly referred to as a "paw." Guinea pigs have four paws, each with three toes on the front feet and four toes on the back feet. Their paws are adapted for digging and provide them with stability and grip as they move around.
Guinea pigs can swim but only in shallow water, NEVER let them out of your sight and don't put them in with salt or chlorinated water
because the water and the drainage water will not go inside the nose of the pigs
Guinea pigs should drink fresh, clean, and preferably filtered water. Tap water that is free from contaminants like chlorine or heavy metals is suitable for them. It's important to provide a water source that is changed regularly to ensure it stays clean and fresh for the guinea pigs to drink.
yes guinea pigs can swim but baby guinea pigs cannot so don't try to put your baby guinea pig in the water! but even full grown guinea pigs do not like to swim they can only do it for a short period of time and it puts alot of stress on them! so baith your guinea pig at your own risk!
