Guinea pigs can swim but only in shallow water, NEVER let them out of your sight and don't put them in with salt or chlorinated water
I would not reccomend trying to get your guinea pigs to swim. In the wild guinea pigs may swim for swim for a short amount of time but only in a dire emergency, such as a risk from being caught by predators or drowning
A full grown healthy guinea pig CAN swim but not babies or old ones.
yes guinea pigs can swim but baby guinea pigs cannot so don't try to put your baby guinea pig in the water! but even full grown guinea pigs do not like to swim they can only do it for a short period of time and it puts alot of stress on them! so baith your guinea pig at your own risk!

Yes, it is a leafy green vegetable, so it is REALLY good for guinea pigs! ^^
Some guinea pigs love baths, and some are terrified to have their feet in water. My guinea pigs bathed sooner in life so they get used to it. They can swim now! To see what their reaction to water is, fill your sink or tub a half an inch high. NEVER teach them to swim untill you get more info. Good luck!
