yes hamsters can eat icberg lettuce. it may not completely fill their little tummy but it will give them something to snack on. I've been feeding it to my hamster and she was fine. You could give it some iceberg lettuce but not too much.

no its really is health for them, but use the harder kind than the soft gooy stuff, it is better to just buy a bag of salad that's got everything in it that's healthy for a hamster. we use cabbage where i work but lettuce will be just fine
