Very generally speaking, it doesn't have anything to do with who the harrassment was against. It has to do with the circumstances. If the circumstances warranted "aggravated harassment" (although it may not be called that exact same thing in every state), then it could be a felony.
i am currently in college and I was just wondering if someone with a felony on there record coulod be a nurse
If you have a felony you cannot be a nurse.
A person cannot be a nurse with a felony conviction.
Yes you can
There are two factors that need to be considered: (1) Will Texas license a nurse with a felony record. (2) Will your prospective employer hire a nurse with a felony record. There is no way that both these question can be answered without your doing some of your own homework. Especially on the question of employers hiring criteria. YOU must check these two areas to learn the answer to your question.
I'm sure. A DUI isn't a felony.
Juliet's relationship with her nurse has changed from being close and open to being secretive and distant. Juliet can no longer confide in her nurse about her feelings for Romeo, as she must keep her love a secret from her family. Their relationship has grown strained due to Juliet's desire to marry Romeo against her family's wishes.
yes but it depandes how many
Nursing aide or practical nurse, possibly, but not a real 'registered' nurse, who has to be bondable and has access to category 3 medication.
but were you guilty that is the quistion if you werent than yes
Yes. If you were not convicted you can probably get your record sealed. The employee are prohibited to ask questions like these. And you can state that you never had a felony conviction. But laws in different States may differ a little, but most likely you can still be a nurse.
It would be difficult. Even working nurses can be stripped of their licenses for DUIs.
