If you loose your employment you are still legally responsible for your child support payments.
no, but see link below
I think he should
You shouldn't loose parental rights, but you WILL owe 2 years of back child support. And , when they track you down, they will start taking from your pay - what you owe monthly, plus an extra amount, to begin paying back the two years back support. This will also mean that any future IRS refunds will go toward the back child support. States are SERIOUS about child support these days and you owe quite a lot. You have to take care of your children = whether you want to or not.
Loose diamonds can be bought without a wholesalers license.
No, not if the child lives where the parents dont agree. However, the friend can file as a foster parent to say that the parents abandoned the child which would either cause the parents to loose custody and/or the minor to become emancipated.. In the longrun if the government ends up supporting the child, then Yes you will end up paying the government back for supporting your child.
Even if she is working she is not a adult, may loose the job today , so you must pay up.
A father can voluntarily sign over his parental rights, provided it is approved by the courts AND the mother, provided she's not collecting Welfare, now or in the future. When she collects AFDC, she gives up any right to claim, or not claim, child support. (see related question) If these conditions are met, he's not liable for paying child support to the child, or to free that child for adoption. He can loose his parental rights is he lives a life that would be detrimental to a child. States are now, more and more often, taking into account what is best for the CHILD. So, the behavior of the parents can have more of an effect on their parental rights. If the parent's behavior is chronically bad - drug dealing, crime, that sort of thing, they are much more likely to loose parental rights.
Every state has different laws about this type of situation. In most states if the father does not pay any child support at all and has had no communication with the child for over 6 months, it is considered child abandonment and their rights can be taken away from them.
