Yes they can, I've seen it done... Plus I'm getting a hedgehog and I've looked up them like a million times and almost all the websites say they can.

Hedgehogs can climb about anything to get out of danger.

Hedgehogs can climb. But its very dangerous for them. They have bad depth perception and they will just walk off something very high and get seriously injured.

Hedgehogs climb to get over obstacle's, or to reach food. They are obsessed with food and will do anything to get to it.

However, they are not tree climbers and if you ever see a hedgehog in a tree it is more than likely a sick practical joke by a teenager.
