Yes it is safe for hedgehogs to eat chicken and cat food mix. I read on a website that gravy isn't the best to feed a hedgehog but as long as there are no nuts or fruits in it's food he'll be fine. But be sure not to feed your hedgehog any dried fruits or veggies because they can stick to it's mouth and teeth and cause tooth decay. Also avoid nuts and seeds to feed to your hedgehog because they can not crack seed shells and or nuts. Many vets claim to have had hedgehog patients that have had peanuts or seeds stuck in it's mouth or throat.
