I would say an obvious yes to this question!

Homeschooling is open for all throughout the lifetime unless your brain stops attracting you for education. You can be homeschooled at any age as if you are a high school senior then you would surely have looked for some online training centres etc. By doing so you would have known that there is a smaller amount of home education providers who offer flexibilities in registrations but there are some institutes for sure who present flexible registrations like UK open college.

You really need to to finish high school. If you can't do it at the high school in the district you live in, ask your school district about finishing in an online or see if your county has an alternate school program.
