Not all. Apps in the Store list the OS that they support.
Well a 3rd generation touch can download apps, but it depends when the app was made like ios....and if it is compatible with the device
No, only when you download apps. This is pertaining to the iPod touch (4th generation) and iPhone (3rd generation). -Kristi
You can not download more memory to an ipod.
The 3rd generation iPod Touch is better than the 2nd generation. There will be a new software update so multiple apps can run at once this fall for the iPod Touch and iPhone, but only the 3rd generation iPod Touch. Plus, the 3rd generation is 50% faster in processor speed.
If you have the ipod touch 3rd generation DONT SYNC IT WITH YOUR COMPUTER!!!! for some reason when you do, it does that.
rockbox.org is my response to you mr Wiki User i have rockbox and it runs doom (Look it up)you can get game boy games (look it up also)but may be hard to map buttons depending on the mp3 you are usingtherefore you can technically play and get games on the ipod nano 2nd generation
You can, if you have the correct app.
the ipod nano with the camera is newer but doesnt hold apps but the ipod touch brings out new versions like the 3rd generation
If it is the 3rd generation then you can download movies, tv shows, music, audiobooks, podcasts, photos, calendars and contacts. If it is the 2nd generation then you can download everything that the 3rd generation can download except movies and tv shows.
Yes. As owner of the 1st generation, I have never came across an app that doesn't work on 1st generation iPod Touches. All apps downloaded from the App Store should work on the 1st generation as long as you have the correct iPhone OS. However some features within the apps may not work such as microphone input or bluetooth connectivity. This requires a 2nd or 3rd generation iPod Touch.
I know for certain that 3rd and 4th do but 1st and 2nd might not.
