Yes. In most states, a limousine can be driven on a standard drivers license, so long as the GVWR of the vehicle is under 26,001 lbs. and the vehicle is designed to transport 15 persons or less (including the driver). The only time(s) a CDL would be required would be the aforementioned instances, where the GVWR exceeds 26,000 lbs. or the vehicle design exceeds the 15 passenger limit (in which case, a passenger endorsement is required, regardless of vehicle GVWR).
Depends on which Class of CDL. A driver with a Class C CDL is not licensed on that vehicle. A driver with a Class B CDL can drive that combination only if the GVW of the trailer is less than 10,000 lbs. A driver with a Class A CDL can drive it.
In most cases, you just need a license from the local government. However, if the limo is big/long enough, it may require a CDL to drive.
A limo is not subject to regulation under FMCSR, and does not require a CDL unless it's designed to transport more than 15 passengers (including the driver), in which case, you'd need to add a passenger endorsement to your CDL. In many states, a limo can be driven with a regular licence. Others may require at least a chauffeur's licence. In either case, your Class B CDL should be more than sufficient, but without knowing which state you're in, a definitive answer cannot be given. You need to check with your state's Department of Motor Vehicles (or whatever the equivalent agency is) and present this question to them.

Depends. You can drive up to a Class 6 truck (up to 26,000 lbs. GVWR) without a CDL. Class 7 or Class 8 trucks require a CDL.
Yes. You can drive that vehicle with either a Class B or Class A CDL.
Yes. If it's designed to transport more than 15 persons (including the driver), then it's considered a bus, and actually requires a CDL with passenger endorsement.
Yes, you would. Without the trailer, you could operate it with either a Class A or Class B CDL.
To drive a cement truck legally, you need a class B CDL (Commercial Drivers License). At 18, you can apply for a class B CDL.
Your CDL permit is in addition to the class of licence you had beforehand. So long as you were licenced to drive a car before you got your CDL permit, you can drive your own car while you possess a CDL permit.
