I've wondered about this to and may have to try it. It SEEMS like it should freeze okay. I make a cole slaw for the freezer that has a very similar oil and vinegar and sugar base that is great. Beans freeze great on their own, so it seems like beans should freeze fine in that same dressing. If I try it I'll let you know the outcome!
